ફક્ત આજ અને કાલ માટે જ ફોર્મ ભરવવામા આવશે.

એટલે કે ૨૪/૪ અને ૨૫/૪ બે દિવસ ની તારીખ છે.

બને એટલી ઉતાવળ થી આ બે તરીખે કોલેજે આવી ફોર્મ ભરી જવુ.

નહી તો એક્ઝામ મા બેસવાનુ નહી શક્ય બને. ફરજીયાત.

Ø જે તે સેમેસ્ટર માં એટીકેટી હોય તેની માર્કશીટ ની નકલ.

Ø મીડસેમ એટીકેટી ફી રૂ.૧૦૦.

Ø ઉપર ના ડોક્યુમેંટ સાથે તા- ૧૨/૦૯/૨૦૧૨ થી ૧૮/૦૯/૨૦૧૨ સુધી મા રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવી લેવુ.

રજીસ્ટ્રેશન માટે રૂમ નં – ૧૨૦ માં સંપર્ક કરવો.
